We guarantee all the products we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days following your purchase.
CANADA
To make a return from Canada, please use the prepaid return label already included in the package. Be sure to complete and include the return form and a copy of the packing slip in the original bag.
USA
To make a return from the United States, please contact us to receive a prepaid return label. Be sure to complete and include the return form and a copy of the packing slip in the original bag.
- Returned items must be in like-new condition and returned in their original packaging. Items must not have been washed or worn and must have their original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse to refund items returned in a condition that would not allow them to be sold again.
- All returns will be processed according to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear in your bank account.
- Store return policy applies when INDYEVA products are purchased in stores.
- INDYEVA sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
