Refund Policy
This policy will be applied without exception. Please read it carefully before making any purchases.
INDYEVA will refund any unworn, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the initial purchase.
Any return request received after this period will be systematically refused.
- Please note that our return policy applies strictly based on the date of purchase, regardless of when the product is first opened, worn, or inspected.
- We are unable to process or evaluate any return request submitted after the 30-day window, even in the case of sizing issues or manufacturing concerns discovered later.
- Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- A fee of $11.95 plus tax will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs.
- We do not exchange directly. If you require a different size or model, you will need to re-order from our online store.
- We refuse to accept the return of any merchandise purchased from one of our retailers. Â

Eligibility for Returns on Swimwear :
All swimwear items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Original tags must be attached
- The hygiene sticker must be intact and affixed to the swimsuit
We offer free returns on swimwear products.
Please ensure the product meets all conditions stated above for a successful return.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags or hygiene stickers.
Returns Procedure
1. To start a return, go to: Â indyeva.loopreturns.comÂ
2. Enter your order number and postal code.
3. Select the product(s) you would like to return.
- Items discounted more than 40% are not eligible for return, according to our return policy.
- A $11.95 flat rate fee will be deducted from your refund.
- INDYEVA will refund any unworn, undamaged merchandise returned within 30 days of initial purchase.
4. Select a reason for your return.
5. A PDF shipping label will be generated for download.
6. Print the return label and affix it securely to your package.
- You may reuse the original packaging or use any appropriate alternative.
- Remove the original shipping label or completely cover it with the new one.
- Ensure the barcode is clearly visible and scannable.
7. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and have all original labels attached.
8. Drop off your return at the nearest service counter.

NOTE :
- Once the parcel is received, please allow 5 to 10 working days for inspection and reimbursement.
- You will receive a refund confirmation by email as soon as it has been processed.
- Your bank may require a few additional days to apply the credit to your original payment method, even after INDYEVA has processed the refund.
- INDYEVA is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged returned items.
