To help extend the life of our garments, we offer main zipper repairs for certain winter coats. Please note that not all coats are eligible for repair and each coat is eligible for only one main zipper repair under warranty.
Important – Not covered by the warranty: Broken buttons, stains, snags, secondary zippers, torn inner lining, rips, burns, normal wear and tear, loss or theft, or any other damage caused by misuse, lack of care, or accidents.

To determine if your coat can be repaired, please email info@indyeva.com with the following information:
- A copy of your proof of purchase. If you purchased your coat from a retailer, you must contact them to obtain a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Your full name
- Your complete mailing address
- Your phone number
- Coat size
- A description of the damage and a photo showing the issue
- A photo of the style label (inside on the left side of the coat) showing the 8-character model code (ex: W25J0011)
Please make sure the coat is clean before sending to avoid cleaning fees. Refer to our care guide for instructions.

Once we review your information, we will confirm whether the coat can be repaired and provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions if approved.

The repair and return process typically takes 4–5 weeks after we receive the coat.
