FRIVOL - Dress

I ordered this dress online. Canada Post has declared the package lost and that I have to contact Indyeva directly so they can file a claim. I’ve emailed four times, I have a Canada Post ticket number. I haven’t heard back from Indyeva, there’s no phone number to call. So buyer beware, if you have to contact their customer service. I love Indyeva clothing and am disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I went and tried on this dress in a L. I tried on 2 different Larges and one was a little tight, the other I could get away with but I would have been uncomfortable in it, so I ordered the XL. The XL wasnt available for me to try on, but it should only be an inch or 2 bigger. I ordered 2 as I love the fabric, they were on sale and given the large was slightly too small the XL should fit. Wrong, the XL that arrived say XL but fit like an XXL They are huge, Very disappointed as they are expensive but were on sale and no returns. If you don't get to try the size I would not buy this product, the sizing chart led me to believe the XL would work. I'll have to take a pic to show the difference in the 2 sizes will update when I can.

The Frivol dress is so versatile and comfortable. I can wear it over leggings in the winter and just as easily use it as a summer dress. And the pockets! I'm in love.

I ordered some dresses online and when they arrived there were some problems. I wrote to your customer service department and Zara handled my frustration with professionalism and grace. Thank you.

Beautiful, stylish yet comfortable can be dressed up or down. Just love it. Wonderful fabric
