Quality materials have been carefully chosen by our design team. It is very important for the customer to follow the instructions on the care label located inside the garment to maintain its good look and functionality.
Do you have a warranty on your products?
At INDYEVA, every product is thoughtfully designed and crafted with high‑quality materials, so you can rely on its performance, durability, and longevity.
- 1 Year Warranty: All INDYEVA products are covered by a one year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
- 3 Year Warranty: Waterproof products are covered by a three year warranty against fabric delamination.
- 10 Year Warranty: Main zippers on select winter jackets are covered for a period of ten years.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, or neglect.
- Cuts, tears, snags, or scratches
- Burns or prolonged exposure to extreme heat
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Broken buttons or secondary zippers
- Stains or damage to inner linings
- Loss or theft of the product
Any situation not listed above will be reviewed and determined at the sole discretion of INDYEVA.
How do I return a product?

This policy will be applied without exception. Please read it carefully before making any purchases.
- INDYEVA will refund any unworn undamaged merchandise within 30 days of initial purchase. Â
- Any return request received after this period will be systematically refused. Â
- Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Â
- A fee of $11.95 plus tax will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs. Â
- We do not exchange directly. If you require a different size or model, you will need to re-order from our online store.
- We refuse to accept the return of any merchandise purchased from one of our retailers.  Â
Indyeva is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged items.

Price adjustment policy
We want you to feel confident about your purchase with INDYEVA. We offer a one‑time price adjustment per order within 7 days of purchase if the exact item (same model, color, and size) is later offered at a lower price on our website.
Exceptions
Price adjustments do not apply to:
- Markdowns of 40% or more
- Black Friday
- Boxing Day
- Victoria Day
How to request a price adjustment
To initiate a price adjustment, please follow these steps:
- Verify availability: Ensure the item is still listed and in stock on our website at the lower price, in the same model, color, and size.
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at info@indyeva.com with your order number, the name of the item you are requesting a price adjustment for, and a screenshot of the product page clearly showing the lower price, the selected color, and the selected size, confirming availability at the time of the request.
- Verification: Our customer support team will review the information provided to confirm the item’s availability and current price. If all criteria are met, the price adjustment will be approved.
- Refund: Once approved, the price difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.Â
