All orders are shipped on business days. We do not ship on weekends.

Why don't you offer Saturday or Sunday delivery?
We currently do not offer Saturday delivery and Sunday delivery as this option is not offered by our carrier.
How do I care for my INDYEVA garment?
Quality materials have been carefully chosen by our design team. It is very important for the customer to follow the instructions on the care label located inside the garment to maintain its good look and functionality.
Do you have a warranty on your products?
INDYEVA products are developed and manufactured with the utmost attention and quality materials, allowing us to guarantee their performance and durability. INDYEVA products are guaranteed against manufacturer’s or material defects for one year.

Accident, misused or neglect of the products such as:
• Cuts, scratches, etc.
• Overexposure to extreme heat or burns
• Anything not listed will be solely determined by INDYEVA.
How do I return a product?
We guarantee all the products we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days following your purchase.
This policy will be applied without exception. Please read it carefully before making any purchases.
- INDYEVA will refund any unworn undamaged merchandise within 30 days of initial purchase.
- Any return request received after this period will be systematically refused.
- Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- A fee of $11.95 plus tax will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs.
- We do not exchange directly. If you require a different size or model, you will need to re-order from our online store.
- We refuse to accept the return of any merchandise purchased from one of our retailers.
- Please send your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the form via your account.
- A return label will be sent to you by e-mail. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A fee of $11.95 plus tax will be deducted on your return.
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and free of any alterations.
- Original labels must be attached. Be sure to complete and include the return form and a copy of the packing slip inside the package.
- Once the parcel has been received, please allow 5 to 10 working days for inspection and reimbursement.
- You will receive notification of the refund by e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated on your invoice, as soon as it has been processed.
- Please note that it may take a few days for your bank to credit the refund to your original payment method, even if INDYEVA has confirmed the refund.

Price adjustment policy
We offer a one-time price adjustment within the first 7 days of purchase if you find that the exact item (model, color and size) is now being offered at a lower price on our website. *Exceptions apply for markdowns over 40%, Black Friday, Boxing Day and Victoria Day.
To initiate the price adjustment process, please follow these steps:
1. Check if the item is still listed and in stock on our website.
2. Contact our customer support team via email, providing them with your order number and the name of the item you wish to have the price adjusted on.
3. Our customer support team will verify the availability and current price of the item. If all criteria are met, they will promptly process the price adjustment for you.
4. Once the adjustment is approved, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method. Processing time generally runs 3-5 business days.
