Refund Policy

This policy will be applied without exception. Please read it carefully before making any purchases.

  • INDYEVA will refund any unworn undamaged merchandise within 30 days of initial purchase.  
  • Any return request received after this period will be systematically refused.  
  • Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.  
  • A fee of $11.95 plus tax will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs.  
  • We do not exchange directly. If you require a different size or model, you will need to re-order from our online store.
  • We refuse to accept the return of any merchandise purchased from one of our retailers.

1) To start a return, go to: 

2) Enter your order number and postal code

3) Select the product(s) you would like to return. Note that items with more than 40% discount are not available for return as per our return policy. A $11.95 flat rate fee will be deducted from your refund. INDYEVA will refund any unworn undamaged merchandise within 30 days of initial purchase. 

4) Select a reason for your return.

5) A shipping label will be generated in PDF format for you to download.

6) Print the return label and affix it securely to your return package. You can reuse the original packaging your order came in, or use any other appropriate packaging. Make sure to remove the original shipping label, or completely cover it with the return label instead. The barcode should be easy for the shipping carrier to scan.

7) Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and free of any alterations.  Original labels must be attached.

8) Drop off your return to the nearest service counter.


  • Once the parcel has been received, please allow 5 to 10 working days for inspection and reimbursement.
  • You will receive notification of the refund by e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated on your invoice, as soon as it has been processed.
  • Please note that it may take a few days for your bank to credit the refund to your original payment method, even if INDYEVA has confirmed the refund.
